BEYOND BARRIERS/Esperanza sin fronteras is a short documentary covering exploring the barriers obstacles to receiving
health care in the border-town of Naco, Sonora.
The small town has only one clinic, and the nearest hospital is several hours away. To better prepare care for the residents, the Naco Wellness Initiative center was established. The center provides preventative preventive healthcare classes and cursory basic health checkups, as well as fundraising for medical equipment
and other needs.
